What is SACIC?

SACIC - short for Semi-Advanced Command Interpreting Calculator - is a small calculator application capable of evaluating mathematical expressions with arbitrary precision, handling variables, solving equations, drawing graphs and much more. It also supports simple scripting.

The purpose of the program is to replace the simple calculator applications that come with most desktop environments. Compared to, say, Windows Calculator or KCalc, SACIC is much more powerful and faster to use. Instead of having to perform one operation at a time, you can enter an entire expression, such as "2+sin(3*x/cos(y))" and press enter to have it evaluated.

SACIC is written in Java and realeased under the GNU General Public License.
